Steps for Sleep is back with a new twist! Join us on Saturday, September 13 for a high-energy morning of movement, music, and community—all in support of better sleep for kids.
Now in its 5th year, this family-friendly event is stepping beyond the traditional walk and introducing Movement Moments—fun and accessible 15-minute sessions including Soul Line Dancing, Hip Hop Cardio, Yoga, and more.
Explore our Wellness Fair, featuring local organizations offering resources, tips, and giveaways focused on sleep, health, and well-being.
It’s a celebration of how getting active helps us rest better, and a chance to help My Very Own Bed provide 1,900 beds and Dream Kits to children across the Twin Cities this year.
Be part of the fun on Saturday, Sept. 13 or Walk Anywhere, Sept. 1 – 13! Every step helps give a child a safe, comfortable place to sleep and dream.
Steps for Sleep honors My Very Own Bed's Vision
We believe all children should have a bed so they can sleep well, dream, and find comfort in a place of their own. This event brings our community together – families who've received beds, volunteers, donors, health and wellness-related organizations, and anyone interested in learning more about how to improve their sleep, health, and well-being.
